Was your big goal for 2013 to finally get your handmade business off the ground? Did you launch or are you still waiting for ___________ (fill in the blank) to happen?

If you did start how are things going? Are your sales what you had hoped? Have you found your audience?

July 2nd at about noon will mark the exact middle of the calendar year. 2013 will be halfway over but there is still half a year to get your business off the ground. This is a great time to assess your goals, take a good look at your business and make adjustments if needed.

If you haven’t launched your business yet and really don’t have a concrete reason for holding back maybe you are a hobbyist. Have you lost focus? Did you start your business with one idea in mind but then you’ve started 12 other lines or projects too? Having too much going on can put a crimp in  your business productivity. Try strengthening your focus muscle with this post: Strengthen Your Focus Muscle.  Maybe you just need to step back and re-imagine your business or redefine your goals?

Is your productivity lacking?
