Sometimes it seems as if progress is happening VERY slowly. Or worse, not happening at all.
There may be times in your business when you feel like you are working, working, working but you wonder if it’s making any difference.
It can be rough.
BUT if you make a habit out of jotting down your stats at the end of every month you can easily see that your business IS growing.
I’ve created a spreadsheet that I fill in at the end of every month. You can change the columns to reflect whatever it is that you want to track. The key is to remember to do it regularly. Put a reminder in your calendar if you need to.
I was feeling a bit blue about my own business growth recently but then looked at my spreadsheet and found that almost all of the numbers I track have doubled this year. Needless to say, it gave me the encouragement and motivation I needed to keep pressing ahead.
So I’m sharing it with you!
When you are feeling less than excited about your business growth look at the numbers and you’ll probably be surprised by what you see.
How to you gauge the success of your business? What things do you track that I haven’t included?
