8 Jaw-Dropping Craft Fair Booths
1.) This craft fair booth is so inviting! Tapestries are on-trend, so don’t be afraid to use them as craft booth decoration in order to evoke a cozy atmosphere.
2.) Not only do we like the idea of displaying your most eye-catching items next to your brand logo, but we love the addition of the floral bouquets (we won’t tell a soul if you use artificial flowers).
3.) The bunting and the double-layered tablecloths in this craft booth are GORGEOUS.
4.) The vintage props and the plaid tablecloth have us convinced we’d find some treasures in this little beauty of a booth.
5.) The paneling and layout of this booth evokes a boutique-like environment where shoppers are welcome to browse.
6.) We’re definitely riding the indigo train with everyone else. This booth has its colors and layout just right.
7.) We think it makes sense to decorate your booth that sells colorful paper crafts with some colorful paper decorations. Totally logical, right?
8.) And the best for last! So simple, this booth just looks like heaven. We want to use that beautiful, dripping garland decoration for our Christmas craft fair booths.
Which one of these booths is your favorite?

I began selling American Girl doll clothes (in addition to my other items) this year and I need some ideas of inexpensive, easily transported display ideas for the doll clothes. I have taken several thin wooden crates and screwed holders inside and cut PVC pipe to form upright sides. I used connectors to add a cross bar — Voila!! instant clothes displays. But they take up so much room. I also took PVC pipe, cut to the desired length and screwed cup holders across one side. the other side has two cup holders that I attach to metal shower curtain rings and I hang them from my tent. But I need some other ideas. These work, but they could look more professional. Any ideas??? Help, please. Thanks
Pack your AG Clothes in a large box, put a tension rod in box, Stand on edge and hang with small hangers? Or even get some lightweight cabinets, put feet on them, add a tension rod, and paint to look like little armoire closets? For a more singular display, find large artist sketch dummies, and dress them up like mannequins at the store. Make pretty paper cones to display dresses on, put matching shoes nearby. Think about how clothes are displayed at the store, then think about how to achieve the same effect in miniature.
someone made small doll clothes display racks just like everyday human clothing racks using only pvc and pvc joints – looked great, worked well, was easily taken apart, contained, transported, etc. Lightweight, bright colored spray painted pvc drew the eyes to products. Have fun!
What about using a large suitcase and put your rod in there. If it’s a big enough suitcase you could get two rows. Decorate the suitcase up and it’s easily portable.
What about hanging chain or rings from a pipe on the back wall? You can make little hangers that hook into the chain?
# 7 is my favourite. The paper decorations in the back are adorable.
#8 is the runner up. Love the floral leafy decor hanging from the top.
I use chains and hook or tie wrap them to my booth then I used shower hooks(you can close them then it is harder them to steal) with the “hook tags” that I buy from a display store. Works wonders. Just have to be careful not to crowd your neighbor.
Thanks for the tip Laura!
I love 7. Anything paper is always my fav.
It’s a tie for me between 6 & 7.
The paper decorations in the background of 7 really make it eye catching and fun!
And, the blues in 6 really caught my eye and were placed well.
We love the blues too! Indigo is always so pretty.
I am getting ready for my first fall craft show and need some help with designing a great booth display. I found three round metal baskets with a stationary handle tha I could use to hang clothes on. I also, have a small upright cabinet to display shoes on. I have three tables (2 ft. x 4 ft.) with differn covers to use based on the particular season. I also have purses/totes, Christmas stockings, and blanket-type throws that I need a direction on displaying.
My displays look much nicer on a wider table than the 2 x 4 foot ones I have been using. All of a sudden it doesn’t look crowded. So if a fair is offering their tables (school, church, etc.) I’ve been using them; either that, or putting a 2 x 4 crosswise, another (a little shorter) in front of it, and a 2 x 4 lengthwise on either side. Works well is covers are separate for each table.
Thanks for the post- always looking for suggestions! I like the first two the best.
loved the indigo and floral garland, paper is always great – difficult to decide – loved them all
